Concierge Move Management

“If you are moving and don't want to go completely bananas, hire Kim and her team to help you. Hiring Kim is like having a personal assistant to help with moving. I can't say enough about what a lifesaver she was in managing our significant downsize and move into two separate households. She and her team took the home stagers' instructions, did a pre-list pack up for us, and basically executed the plan set forth in the home staging recommendations. This included contacting and setting up appointments to get estimates from painters, roofers, and other contractors as we were getting our home ready to sell. The house showed beautifully (which led to an over-asking-price bidding war that we're not sorry about), and then Kim and her team came back in to finish helping get us ready to move: packing, labeling, hauling away items to donate, hauling off trash and junk. Her communication, professionalism, and kindness (even making sure my sweet dog was well cared for by her team when I was at work!) was over the top wonderful.” Shelly J
